How to Recover Deleted Dash Cam Footage PhotoRec

How to use PhotoRec:

1. Select the storage device containing your lost dash cam footage

2. Select [ Whole disk]. This scans the entire storage device for lost files

3. Press the Browse button to select a destination folder on your computer

4. Start the recovery process by pressing the Search button

5. As the scan progresses, you’ll see a progress bar indicating how far along the process is

6. PhotoRec will display a summary of the recovery, showing the number of files recovered for each file type

7. You can then navigate to the destination folder you chose earlier to review the recovered files.
