Working Permit and Rigging
Plan
As the first series of crane
lifting procedures, the working
permit and rigging/lifting plan
are the most essential
documents.
JOB SEQUENCE
Baricade Area
Barricades must
extend outward 0.3
meters (1 foot) for
every 0.6 meters (2
feet) above the
ground or floor level.
Barricades must be
placed
approximately 1
meter (39/42 in.)
above the
floor/ground.
JOB SEQUENCE
The implementation of the installation is
a determining factor in whether or
not the anchor is strong as an
anchor/fastener for a construction.
1.All steel 8 anchors must be in the
middle of the reinforcing steel of the
concrete column or beam,
2.Remaining thread for base plate and
nut according to size requirements
3.Each bolt anchor is installed with 2
nuts, namely at the top and bottom
of the mall.
4.The mall must form a 90º angle to
the thread axle line, The mall
surface must be flat (not sloping),
5.Make sure that it is completely
integrated with the reinforcing steel
of the column or concrete beam. If
necessary, strengthen by adding
cuttings/stiffeners.
