Roles and Responsibilities Top Management – Provide leadership and resources for OSH compliance. Safety Officer – Conduct inspections, trainings, and investigations. Supervisors – Enforce safety procedures and monitor compliance. Workers – Follow safety rules and report unsafe conditions.

Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) Identify potential hazards in all work activities. Assess risk severity and likelihood. Develop control measures: Elimination, Substitution, Engineering, Administrative, PPE. Review regularly and update per project.
