2. WHAT ARE HUMAN RIGHTS   ?   Human rights are the rights of every individual as human beings , regardless of race, language or religion They are fundamental , universal , unavailable and inviolable rights

3. ONU ( Organization of the United Nations ) The UN is a universal international organization dedicate to protecting human rights . The UN was founded in 1945 with the aim of maintaining international peace and security. Today it comprises 193 states .

4. THE MOST VIOLATED RIGHTS: As we said earlier , the rights are inviolable , but despite this some rights are violated , because not all member states fail to respect the rules contained in the treaty to which they have adhered ( being part of the UN).

5. RIGHT TO FOOD The right to food is recognized as a human right in fact all human beings have the rights to have enough food, cut this right can only be guaranteed by ensuring every individual acces to resources . In many African countries this right is not respected due to food crises due to: droguht , conflicts , and other reasons .

6. RIGHT TO EDUCATION According to Article 34 of the Italian Constitution , the school is open to all . The first eight years of school are compulsory and free, but all have the right even if they lack the means to reach higher grades . In some countries like Afghanistan, Sudan, Somalia education is at risk.
