Conditional Approvals : Set up conditional rules to trigger approvals based on specific criteria, like order value or customer type, ensuring targeted oversight. Parallel Approvals : Enable parallel approvals for quicker turnaround times, allowing different approvers to review simultaneously when necessary. Enhanced Notifications : Streamline communication with improved notification features, keeping approvers informed and facilitating timely decisions.

4. Enterprise How to set the Approval Flow First, open the record for which we want to add the approval. Then, click on the "Toggle Studio" button located at the top right corner.

6. Enterprise Here, we can select the approver based on group and also specify the responsible person. If we want to notify the user, we can add their name in the "User to notify" field and add a description. Additionally, we can set the notification order.
