2. Geography-Arunachal Pradesh It is named as Land of the Rising sun. Its capital is Itanagar. Arunachal Pradesh is located between 26.28° N and 29.30° N latitude and 91.20° E and 97.30 Major rivers of Arunachal Pradesh include the  Kameng ,  Subansiri , Siang ( Brahmaputra ),  Dibang ,  Lohit  and  Noa Dihing  rivers.  ° E longitude and has an area of 83,743 km 2  (32,333 sq mi). The highest peak in the state is  Kangto , at 7,060 metres (23,160 ft).

5. Foods-Arunachal Pradesh The staple food of Arunachal Pradesh is  rice , and the locals mostly eat boiled or smoked food. One of the main ingredients is bamboo shoot and they eat a lot of strictly boiled or steamed leafy vegetables, fish, and meat. Fermented foods are much loved by the locals and many yummy delights are made with them.

6. Dances & Music-Arunachal Pradesh Ponung Dance: Adi village has a rich cultural life. The tribal people are famous for their Ponung that is dancing with the accompaniement of songs. The khampti dance: is basically folk dance performed by khampti communities. Khampti’s are Buddists .
