Election Information Drive Media and Information Literacy Performance Task
OBJECTIVES To apply media and information literacy skills by creating an Infographics that present relevant and factual details about election candidates, helping the public make informed decisions.
INSTRUCTIONS The class will be divided into groups. Each group/student will be assigned a specific candidate to ensure all candidates are covered. Feel free to divide equally all the list of candidates. No groups shall work on the same candidate.
INSTRUCTIONS You may create a template for the entire class (size should be square, fit for social media posting). Suggestion: One template for Senatorial Candidate and one template for Local Candidates. Be mindful of the colors you will use to avoid an impression of being biased.

REMINDERS: Ensure all gathered information is from credible sources. Cross-check claims by looking for multiple sources reporting the same information.
