DTC Metering Installation Process 3. Scope of Work : DTC location & material will be issued by Torrent representative. Transportation of materials from company’s stores to site and vice versa will be done by contractor . The installation of Meter box , Meter & CT’s , laying & termination of control cable ,furling , lugging etc will be done by contactor . Installation completion report filled by contactor supervisor in prescribed format . Sealing ,Testing & CMRI of installation done by TPL site engineer . Material used in DTC metering installation is conformed by TPL site engineer in prescribed format . Removal of existing metering system including meter box, meters, cables etc wherever exists will be done by contractor .

Alteration , Maintenance & Breakdown of DTC 1. Addition of New DTC In case of New installation of DTC , the respective department will intimate to EA cell. EA cell will installed the DTC metering system. 2. Removal of DTC In case of Removal of DTC , the respective department will intimate to EA cell EA cell will removed the installed DTC metering system. 3. Preventive Maintenance of DTC Metering Requirement of maintenance of DTC metering will be identified by EA cell. Maintenance & Reworking of External CT’s will be done by MMR along with EA department . Replacement of Meter will be done by EA cell .
Alteration , Maintenance & Breakdown of DTC 4. Breakdown Maintenance of DTC The CT’s of metering system are marks with Red , Yellow , Blue ( For respected Phase ). In case of Breakdown of DTC , Breakdown team remove & put in same manner. The direction of arrow ( Upward direction -P1 to P2 ) marks are mention each on CT’s . Breakdown team put CT’s in respective phase with Arrow in upward direction .
