Introduction Interdisciplinary team work is complex process in which different types of health care profisionals work together and collaboratively to share experience, knowledge and skills, to impact on patient health care.

Define interdisciplinary team Interdisciplinary team is used as a generic term of reference for these health care teams which included a range if health services workers both professionals and non-professional with the majority being from professional groups.

A dynamic process involving two or more health professionas with complementary backgrounds,skills,sharing common health goals and exercising concerted physical and mental efforts in assessing,planning or evalvating patient care. This accomplished through interdepedent collaboration, open communication and shared descion making and clear inter depndce interaction.
