After filling in the required details an email address is created which is created in the format below:- username@hostname Username is the name provided by the user and the hostname is the name of the service provider. Using the username and password the user can log in to the account and send or receive Emails.

46. 1. After logging into the account, check the folders listed towards the left of the window. The snapshot below shows the Inbox folder towards left . Towards the right of the folder we have all the received Emails.

47. 2. Compose lets you write an Email to be sent . Send button is used to send the Email.

48. 3. All the sent Emails are shown in the sent folder. 4. Mails which are written and not sent can be saved in the Drafts folder . 5. Spam folder shows all junk mails which are often sent by advertisers in bulk in order to promote their product. 6. Trash has all the deleted mails.
