3. The portal is a tool for getting work done, but using the portal is too much work.

4. I already have a task in mind when I log-in I can’t see features that aren’t on my contract I shouldn't have to call Akamai for them to push a button for us. The UI quality doesn't match the quality of the products—it's frustrating When I was new I had no idea where to click I do the same tasks every time I log in Contextual navigation always trips me up. Finding what I need is cumbersome I have a few views that I always keep open in a tab CUT THROUGH THE NOISE
