•When you purchase a ShareGatesubscription, both products are included for the one
subscription fee

offer a one to many MSP license arrangement
•Subscriptions are available for 1 Year & 3 Years, and ShareGateDesktop is licensed based on
the number of users using ShareGate(eg: five IT staff, not the number of licensed MS365
