Group Activity

The class will be divided into 3 groups

Each group will be assigned one issue.

Choose one example for each type of issues.  

Group 1: Social Issues   Create a short and impactful slogan that promotes a solution.

Group 2: Moral Issues Compose a short song (4-8 lines) that suggest recommendations.

Group 3: Economic Issues Write a short poem (at least 4 lines) that present a solution.  

Each group will present their output to the class .  

  You have 7 minutes to finish the activity.  

Criteria Clarity (25%) – The message is easy to understand and well expressed. Creativity (25%) – The slogan, poem and song are engaging. Relevance (25%) – The content clearly addresses issue and provide solutions. Language use (25%) - It is use correctly and appropriately. Total of 100%  

Identify whether the issue is Social , Moral , or Economic . A store raises price too high, and poor people can’t buy foods. A boy steal money from his friend to buy toys. A City has too many homeless people with no stay. A factory does not pay workers fair wages for their hard work. 5. A rich man refuses to help his poor neighbors who have no food.
