5. What is Internet Security? Internet security refers to staying safe while surfing the web. It involves protecting your systems from unauthorized access or attacks that can harm your data or network. It is essential to protect businesses, and individuals from malicious attacks such as hacking, malware, ransomware, and identity theft.

Worm:  A program that replicates itself and destroys data and files on the computer until the drive is empty. Trojan:  A Trojan horse or Trojan is a type of malware that is often disguised as legitimate software. Trojans are written with the purpose of discovering your financial information. Spyware : Spyware is software that spies on your internet activities in order to send advertising (adware) back to your system.

Emergency : It refers to an unexpected situation that needs immediate action. An emergency includes sudden risk of life or health , threat to the employee, customers or public, physical or environmental damages etc. Accidents: An accident refers to is an unplanned event that may happen all of a sudden and may lead to unwanted outcomes.
