1. POSITION SUMMARY:
Who we want:
We are looking for a skilled Android Developer who is passionate about creating robust and efficient
mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Java and Kotlin, with
expertise in real-time communication and app development.
What you will do:
As an Android Developer, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining
high-quality Android applications. You will be instrumental in implementing real-time communication
features, handling mostly support work, addressing customer escalations, and delivering critical
enhancements with quick resolutions. 
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: What you will do:
•     Develop and maintain robust Android applications.
•     Implement features related to real-time communication (PJSIP, WebRTC, XMPP).
•     Handle mostly support work, customer escalations, and critical enhancements.
•     Ensure quick resolutions to issues, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
•     Utilize Android frameworks and libraries for efficient app development.
•     Integrate with Firebase and other external services for app functionalities.
•     Apply design patterns (MVP, MVVM) for scalable and maintainable code
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: What you will need (strongly desired):
Technical Skills: 
•     Proficiency in Java and Kotlin for Android app development.
•     Experience with PJSIP, Media, Telecom, GCM, Network, and SQLite.
•     Knowledge of WebRTC, XMPP, DAO, Firebase, Crashlytics, and JetPack libraries.
•     Experience with Kotlin and dependency injection.
•     Knowledge of SQLite libraries and crash reporting tools
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: What you will need (must have):
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
•     Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering or applicable technical field.
•     5+ years applicable experience.
