Hydromats:
Hydromat’smodular system provides tremendous versatility and flexibility with
tool-spindle units, rigidly mounted around a precision cast base with high-
precision machining of all critical surfaces, providing tremendous versatility and
flexibility.
Primary Manufacturing Machines & Services
CNC Swiss:
CNCSwissoperates by feeding the stock through a guide
bushing which means the OD turning tools can always cut the stock near the
bushing (near the point of support) no matter how long the work piece is, The
spindle feeds the work out past the tool
.
Screw Machines:

Secondary Operations:
We have a small section of rotary transfer, presses, single spindle
machines, mills, broaches, and machining centers to produce features
that are not possible on our multi-spindle machines
Assembly:
Parts (usuallyinterchangeable parts) are added as the semi- finished
assembly moves from workstation to workstation where the parts are
added in sequence until the final assembly is produced.
Plastic Injection Molding:
Material for the part is fed into a heated barrel, mixed (Using a helical
shaped screw), and injected (Forced) into amold cavity, where it cools
and hardens to the configuration of the cavity

Engineering, machining, assembly, electronics expertise and product
development experience allows us to partner with our customers to select
the best material and production methods to ensure performance & reduce
cost.
Prototypesfor production machining requirements needing high quality come to
SteubyCo. We have the equipment, experience and expertise to get the job
done.Prototypes can now be machined on a CNC or combination of machine types,
depending on part quantity and geometry.
Quality Assurance comprises administrative and procedural activities
implemented in a quality system so that requirements and goals for a product, service or
activity will be fulfilled. It is the systematic measurement, comparison with a standard,
monitoring of processes and an associated feedback loop that confers error prevention.
This can be contrasted with quality control, which is focused on process output.
Electrical Discharge Machining(EDM), is a manufacturing process
whereby a desired shape is obtained by using electrical discharges (sparks).Our wire
EDM capabilities allow us to produce tooling in-house, reducing lead time & eliminating
down time.

As the contract manufacturer we are generally presented with a design or concept. We quote
the parts based on processes, labor, tooling, and material costs. Once engaged, we act as the
factory for our client, producing and shipping units of the design on behalf of the client.
These processes dovetail with our Quality Assurance systems and our Just In Time, JIT,

that enable quick, simple operation without twisting,
turning, or wrenching.
