2. -c/o low back ache radiating to left lower limb till great toe in the anterior aspect for 1 year. Paresthesia of left lower limb for 6 months. c/o slippage of chappals from left leg for 2 months. Neurogenic claudication of about 100 meters present H/o slip and fall from bike 6 months ago. No h/o bowel and bladder complaints
