4. Start your Day 1 with A beautiful houseboat journey
After arrival at Cochin Airport, our driver will meet and greet you and drive you to
the Alleppey. Upon arrival, check-in into the Sharing Houseboat – Check-in timing– 12.30
pm and that will be the best part of your Kerala tour package. Relax on the deck for a
while, as the boat cruises down the meandering backwaters and through the narrow
serene backwater canals. Lunch, Evening Tea/Coffee with snacks, dinner and enjoy your
evening on the sundeck away from polluted cities and maddening crowds. The only
disturbance will be the twinkle of a shining star or the diving of fish around you to say
hello by waving its tail from the lake. Overnight stay on Houseboat.

sailing as you get an insight into the local lifestyle. You can choose to get off from any of
the designated stations as you like. Next, shop for fresh palm wine at the famous Toddy
shops. Made by fermenting the flower sap of the coconut palm, this wine has a unique

6. Options 3 - Vagamon Sightseeing and Stay at Alleppey (Additional Charges)
After breakfast, the driver will pick you up and proceed to Vagamon, On the way, one can
see the mesmerizing views of Vagamon hills. Afternoon reaching Vagamon, proceed for a
sightseeing visit Kurishumala Indo-Swiss Project, Thangal Para, Vagamon Meadows
(Mottakunnu) where you will have a nice time relaxing in the cool atmosphere. After this,
we proceed to the Paragliding Point, Pine Forest Valley, and Vagamon Lake. Evening
proceeds towards Alleppey, Check-In to Houseboat/Hotel, and overnight stay at Alleppey

ALLEPPEY TO THEKKADY
Today after breakfast check out your houseboat and drive towards Thekkady, the Wildlife
destination of Kerala. It's also known as the spice bag of the state. You can enjoy a
beautiful journey through the hills and valleys of Western Ghats to reach this jungle
destination. You will have a chance to watch the wild animals like elephants, Bison,
Sambar, Deer etc roaming the both shores.
Also, you can get engaged with a lot of optional activities like –
•Thekkady Wildlife Boating: The Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary is one of the best places
for viewing wild animals. The boating fee is INR 150/- per person.
•Thekkady Spice Garden: The spice plantations of Thekkady are a huge draw for

ARRIVAL AT KOCHI: TRAVEL TO THE ENCHANTING MUNNAR
Start your Day 1 with a journey to the beautiful hill station of Munnar.
After arrival at Ernakulam Railway Station/Cochin Airport, our driver will meet and greet
you and drive you to the CLAY OVEN RESTAURANT. You can enjoy traditional authentic
food on Banana Leaf.

Visit lush green hills waterfalls (Cheeyappara Waterfalls, and Valara Waterfalls), in the
valleys of Munnar. Upon arrival, complete your check-in formalities at the hotel and relax
for a couple of hours. Later, embark on a local sightseeing tour of Munnar that includes a
visit to the Elephant Ride, the flower garden, a cardamom plantation, tea plantations, and
Homemade chocolate shops. Enjoy the evening at leisure and with an overnight stay at the
Munnar.

After breakfast we take you for a full-day sightseeing trip of Munnar, watching beautiful

MUNNAR TO COCHIN DROP
After breakfast check out from the hotel, you will drive towards Kochi for sightseeing.

•Jewish Synagogue – It remains closed on Fridays and Saturdays. Timing for the visit:
0900 hrs to 1200 hrs and from 1500 hrs to 1700 hrs.
•Dutch Palace – It remains closed on Fridays. Timing for the visit: 1000 hrs to 1700 hrs.
•St. Francis Church – It is the oldest church built by Europeans in India. On his 3rd visit
to Kerala, Vasco da Gama, the Portuguese trader who reached India from Europe by sea,
fell ill and died in Kochi.
•Chinese Fishing Nets – The Chinese fishing nets (Cheenavala) are distinctly unique to
Cochin.
•Fort Kochi Beach – Fort Kochi Beach is nestled amidst coconut trees, green bushes
and softly lashing seawaters.
