3. Visual Merchandising Checklist Training *Exercises and gave them idea on how to conduct the VM Checklist *Guide them about how to check the store standards using the checklist *Train them to take notes or pictures of areas concerned.

4. Basic Visual Merchandising Training *Observed their behavior in collaborating to create plan prior to executing the displays. *Refreshed their idea about the current trend and story as per the latest collection. * Gave them idea about the importance of commerciality of highlighting products on mannequins.

5. Basic Visual Merchandising Training *Observed their behavior knowledge and skills on executing their plan and on how they interact with each other. *Observed their way of merchandising if they are doing it on a standard way ( eg : sizewise ) *Gave them idea about why its important to highlight new collections and follow instructions on guidelines.

6. Proper way of handling mannqeuins Training *Trained them on how to change mannequin outfit *Proper handling of mannequins so that it wont get damaged. *Proper way of lifting mannequins so that they wont get injured. *Commercial and VM guideline way of choosing outfit. -END-

7. Train them more often on how to conduct the VM checklist to be more familiarized with the store standards and be more observant. Both of them shows positive behavior in collaborating and working together to achieve the same goal, though creativity and commerciality must be put into practice more often. Rickys confidence gave him more edge compare to Grace which is understood due to his extensive experience in retail but overall Grace shows huge interest and enthusiasm on what she's doing.
