The AC500 Universal Dot Peen Controller
MarkFirst marking technology has reached the ultimate in capabilities and intuitive simplicity with the
AC500. The controller canters around the 7” touch screen user interface allowing you to navigate easily with
just the touch of a pen. The controller offers a wide variety of connect ability (Serial, Ethernet TCPIP, USB,
I/O) all located on the rear of the controller and a USB interface conveniently located on the controller face.
This up-front connection can also be conveniently used to back up existing patterns! The small size and
angle allow for easy viewing. An optional panel mount version is available for ease of integration.
The MarkFirst Software Package
Our intuitive, proprietary MarkFirst software package includes all the features we have used over the last 20
years. Using the touch screen interface, you can intuitively navigate from feature to feature to create your
marking patterns. Including a preview screen that allows you see what will be marked! Change any aspect of the Pattern and see instantly what the mark will look like, including how long it will take to mark! The LINUX based system is bullet-proof and extremely easy to use. Also available is a full version of the software
to run on your own PC. The software will allow you to create and modify patterns at your desktop, which can
easily be transferred to the AC500 via a USB stick via the convenient USB connection on the controller’s front face.
