6. Action Plan for clearance of Unposted Credits. The unposted credit of a subscriber is matched with the credit of last month and up-coming month along with DDO and treasury to ascertain whether the amount belongs to the particular subscriber. If the amount, DDO & Treasury tallied (i.e. in continuance of previous and upcoming month) then we are clearing the unposted item. We are also checking it upto current month and year or upto the date of retirement of the subscriber as to ascertain whether any unposted item has been cleared in the subsequent year.

Mobile Number of GPF Subscribers At Present GPF Subscribers Mobile Number Registered of GPF Subscribers Mobile Numbers Registered in Percentage 76982 76611 99.52% 371 GPF Subscribers yet to be registered their mobile number. These Subscribers mobile number are not available in HRMS data base. Communication has been made to concerned DDOs of 371 GPF subscribers through email on 16.02.2024 for the registration of mobile numbers.
