What is a laptop? Laptop computers, also known as notebooks, are portable computers that you can take with you and use in different environments. A laptop has most of the same components as a desktop computer , including a display, a keyboard, a pointing device such as a touchpad or a pointing stick, and speakers into a single unit.

THE Fn key of laptop: Fn means - short for function IT is a modifier key on many keyboards IT is used in a compact layout to combine keys which are usually kept separate. It is typically found on laptops due to their keyboard size restrictions . It is mainly for the purpose of changing display or audio settings quickly, such as brightness, contrast, or volume, and is held down in conjunction with the appropriate key to change the settings. Power Settings in laptop: The Power Options feature in Windows allows you to reduce the power consumption of a number of devices or of the entire system.
