PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY An environment created in a team/group where individuals feel included and can learn , contribute and challenge the status quo without fearing negative consequences. 5

BEING AN ALLY Allyship is the practice of using one’s position or privilege to support and advocate for marginalized or underrepresented groups.
