5. Notes Hawaii DOES NOT observe Daylight Savings Time, it is always 19 hours behind Seoul. Arizona also doesn’t observe Daylight Savings Time. During the summer, it is in the same time as Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). If it’s winter, then it’ll be on Mountain Standard Time (MST).

6. Notes The following states: Oregon, Idaho, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Texas, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee and Florida are in 2 different time zones. 90% of Alaska is 1 hour behind Pacific Time.
