Liquid Level Controller This project addresses the need for an efficient and automated solution for maintaining optimal liquid levels, minimizing wastage, in both domestic and industrial applications

PROJECT BACKGROUND Liquid level management in both the domestic and industrial domains is a major problem. These outdated manual control processes give rise to inefficiencies, productivity losses, and inherent dangers. A liquid level controller remains a critical solution that will safeguard uninterruptible water supply, enhance safety, and improve processes not only in the households but also in Industries.

PROJECT AIMS Universal Applicability Automated Monitoring Smart Alerts Energy Efficient Design Remote Monitoring Cost Effectiveness Water Conservation Optimization Liquid Level Controller

PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS 1.SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN: Establish a comprehensive technical framework that would be able to accommodate both residential and commercial setups. Development of flexible sensor and actuator circuit diagrams for versatility in different environments. Include these into a design for specific sensors and actuators for various liquids. 2. PROTOTYPE DEVELOPMENT AND SOFTWARE: Design models for a household configuration as well as an industrial configuration. Develop configurable, open architecture real-time monitoring and control software. Liquid Level Controller

PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS 3 . TESTING AND VALIDATION PROCEDURES: Testing procedures and test plans should be comprehensive as possible, involving various scenario usage. Create validation reports that demonstrate the system’s ability to perform consistently across various situations . 4. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS : Design user manuals for household and industrial users. Develop dedicated maintenance guides per application. Develop a set of technical documentation, for the purpose of helping out system integrator . LIquid Level Controller

CONSTRAINTS   Budget : The project must adhere to a predefined budget for materials and development. This implies that there is a specific monetary budget on what can be purchased for use in this project as well as the actual implementation period. Maintaining cost control requires adherence to a predefined budget that will assist in avoiding overspending and upholding overall financial discipline across the project Timeline: Completion of the project within a specified timeframe, accounting for both household and industrial phases. The completion of this project should be timely, comprising domestic and industrial sections. Therefore, it follows that the project has set deadlines for achieving all project tasks and targets related to the development of the liquid level control system, which is used both at home and in industries. The project is supposed to be done within this period so that there will be timeliness in delivering the results as well as achieving these goals.

POINTS OF MEASUREMENT OR REVIEW: Regular Progress Meetings: Assess project status Design Reviews: Household and Industrial Configurations Prototype Reviews: Before Testing Phase Weekly Testing Sessions: Specific Use Cases CUSTOMIZATION AND INTEGRATION: Customization Beyond Liquid Level Control : Specialized Industrial Processes Integration with Control Systems: Unless Explicitly Stated Modifications to Containers : Beyond Liquid Level Control Installation

ASSUMPTIONS AND PLANS FOR UNCERTAIN INFORMATION: 1 . Assumption : Liquid types won't exceed sensor accuracy limits. Plan: Conduct extensive testing for sensor adaptability. 2. Assumption: Industrial environments may have unique connectivity challenges. Plan: Develop modular communication options for diverse scenarios.
