Introduction Watching live surgeries is more useful for medical students and some academic conferences .
So we developed a system for telecasting live surgery. As additional features the system can provide user friendly environment for lecturing while the surgery is ongoing .

Problems and Challenges The system could not be an obstacle for the surgery. The camera can be moving easily by the surgeon where he/she need. The camera is located above the operation area within range of 1-2ft. Work with Raspberry pi minicomputer. Difficult to find hardware parts.
Aims and Objectives Watching live surgeries is an essential part of the medical students in their degree program. So make system for telecast live surgery. As additional features the system can provide user friendly environment for lecturing while the surgery is ongoing. Make website for watching previous surgeries . During the procedure, the surgeon may have one-way communication with the audience, describing key technical points, or may have a two-way conversation, accepting comments and answering questions.

Source of Data Went to Surgical unit of Karapitiya Hospital while a surgery. Connected the endoscope with a laptop computer. Focused the endoscope camera to the area which is subjected to the operation in patient’s body. Took some photos and video clips using the endoscope locating at different heights from operated area. Observed the surround of the operation theater. Listed down the imported things mentioned by the incharge of the theater. Took some photographs and video clips of the surround.
Methodology – 3D design Use saline stand for hold our design. The rod that attached camera is connect to saline stand. Design should Camera be unencumbered for surgery. Should be mount 1-2 feet from above surgery area.

Uses of parts Adjustable bolts – use to adjustment of Endoscope. Arm – Hold Endoscope Ball joint parts – Arm connect to rod by using ball joint. Board – Attached raspberry Pi board circuit. Endoscope – Taking videos and Images. Rod – Holding circuit box. Holder tube – Hold Endoscope. Extra Cam Holder – For use extra camera if we want. Raspberry pi board – Programming.
Coding part The goal of this project is to use a Raspberry Pi computer as a web streaming device that can take pictures during the video stream. The final task is streaming a surgery live for the medical students . In addition hope to provide user friendly interface for presenting a lecture using the video.

Discussion When we find hardware parts, We face many difficulties. Difficult to find flexible rod for system from hardwares . Spent so many days for make coding part. We get help from internet for coding part . When surgery telecasting, Surgeon can pay much attention for that surgery. We develop a system for telecasting live surgery and additional features the system can provide user friendly environment for lecturing while the surgery is ongoing.
