7. Plantation & its maintenance in & around Colony & Project Hostel. Welfare facilities (GYM, Children play ground etc., ) Proposals for advance possession of vacant land identified near TSGENCO camp for providing recreation facilities to the staff of LJHEP to an extent of Ac.1.23Gts. which has been surveyed by both TSGENCO officials and I&CAD officials was sent from the Chief Engineer (Project), Mahabubnagar, KLI Camp Gadwal to the Engineer-in-Chief (Irrigation) /I&CAD Dept./ Hyderabad on 07.05.2018 and in turn, the Engineer-in-Chief/I&CAD Dept./ Hyderabad had requested the Chief Engineer(Projects), Mahabubnagar to clarify/ certify that the above vacant land would not be required for future needs of

8. Irrigation department and the same was communicated to the SE/PJP Circle/Gadwal and then to Executive Engineer/PJP Dam Division No.2/ Nandimalla for clarification. In this regard, the Executive Engineer/I&CAD/PJP Dam Division No.2/ Nandimalla vide Lr.No.226/SE, Dt.20.10.2018, has submitted his remarks stating that to the said vacant land would not be required for future needs of Irrigation Dept. to the SE/ PJP Circle/Gadwal.

9. Further, the Superintending Engineer/I&CAD/PJP Circle No.1/Gadwal/ Jogulamba Gadwal Dist. vide Lr.No.427/SE/PJP, Dt.30.10.2018, has addressed the same to the Chief Engineer(Projects)/Mahabubnagar/ Quarter No.AE-2 /KLI Camp/Gadwal/ Jogulamba Gadwal Dist and the final approval from the Engineer-in-Chief (Irrigation) /I&CAD Dept./ Hyderabad is awaited.

10. Old offices of Civil & E&M wing, conference hall and vehicle sheds constructed opposite to the stores of LJHEP. Further, proposals has been submitted to the Chief Engineer/ Civil/ Hydel & GS vide T/o.Lr.No.198/18, Dt.23.02.2018 duly furnishing the details of re-usable materials and it was requested to arrange to divert these materials to the other needy projects of TSGENCO. GCI Sheet shed (Shed No.3) available in LJHEP store complex was dismantled and reusable materials are kept in LJHEP Store. Accordingly, proposals for diversion of these reusable materials to the other needy projects has been submitted to the Chief Engineer/ Civil/ Hydel & GS vide t/o.Lr.No.411/17, Dt.10.05.2017 and subsequently orders were issued vide Proc.No.420/18, Dt.26.09.18 for diverting these re-usable materials (viz., MS pipes & plates) to the MHS, Peddapalli . 4. Any unused Buildings/ Assets /Locations /Areas /Details.

11. Handing over of 2Nos. used Storage sheds of sizes 100mx16.8m & 36mx16.8m, constructed by M/s. GEPIL (formerly M/s ALSTOM India Ltd) to TSGENCO is under process. The Agency was requested to depute their representative along with the keys vide t/o.Lr.No.SE/Civil/ O&M/ JHEPs/T/F.16/D.No.1078/18, Dt. 23.10.18 and Lr.No . OSD/Civil/Hydel & GS/HD-I/LJHEP/F.No.69/D.No.465/18, Dt.30.10.2018 for processing the Invoice.

12. LJHEP- Procurement of safety shoes & helmets for Engineering staff and Artisans of Civil Wing vide PR.No . 1000024912 for an amount of Rs.45,146.74/-. Procurement of materials is under progress. 5. Indents Raised & submitted to the O/o. CE/O&M/SLBHES Complex

LJHEP-Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 50 KLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) for inmates of Residential Quarters at PJP camp, Atmakur, Wanaparthy Dist Rs.17,00,000.00 Rs.21,10,000.00 Estimate submitted to the O/ o.CE /O&M/ SLBHES and the same was transmitted to Vidyut Soudha for according sanction.

15. Construction of RCC wall extending from weir 2 nd block upto existing rock ledge at LJHEP, Atmakur. (Work was awarded M/s. Sree Rama Constructions, Hyderabad and the work is under progress and completed about 98%). The work (5 th & 6 th block walls) is stopped due to non availability of sand. Providing Indonet tree guard for the plants along the BT road from security gate to Jurala T beam junction. (Work was awarded to Sri. G.Suresh and completed about 50% of work). 7. 16. Providing water proofing/PU grouting to the inside areas of Power House. ( PO was placed in favour of M/s. Hindhuja Asphalt Corporation on 05.10.2018 and the work is yet to commence). Providing painting to the total Power House. (PO was placed in favour of Sri. MD Tasleem in the month of Nov’2017, but the work is not yet commenced because it is proposed to take-up the work of PU Grouting to the Total Power House first. Meanwhile a letter has been addressed to the contractor for taking up the painting work on downstream areas.)

17. Extension of DT Gate gantry rail track beyond Unit-VI at LJHEP, Atmakur. (Work was awarded to Sri. E.Srinivas , work is under progress and completed about 90%.) Laying of BT road along the Peripheral of Switch yard and from Power House Junction at island to Weir. (PO was placed in favour of M/s. Nanitha Constructions, Hyderabad on 12.09.2018 and the work is yet to commence). Providing Chain link mesh fencing around inaugural Pylon. (Work was awarded to Sri. G.Suresh and work is in progress and completed about 70%).

18. Painting two coats of Synthetic enamel paint to all areas of Unit-III to Unit-IV below El+273.74m. (Work was awarded to Sri.A.Anand Goud , work is under progress and completed about 50%.) Painting two coats of Synthetic enamel paint to all areas of Unit-I to Unit-II below El+273.74m. (Work was awarded to Sri.G.Venkateshwar Reddy, work is under progress and completed about 75%.) Providing chain link mesh fencing to the Walk Way Bridge at Ch.900.0M at LJHEP, Atmakur. (Work was awarded to Sri.A.Anand Goud and work is yet to commence. )

19. Construction of RR Masonry wall for closing of Power House Ramp adjacent to security gate at LJHEP, Atmakur. (Approval for the work was accorded by the Officer on Special Duty/Civil/ Hydel & GS for inviting tenders through e-procurement platform and accordingly, tenders were invited. Further, as per the tele -con received from the O/ o.CE / O&M/ SLBHES on 28.8.2018, the proposals for awarding of work to the L1 tenderer is submitted to the O/o. CE/O&M/SLBHES for taking further necessary action). Conducting Tail Water Studies for remedial measures to avoid heading up of water in TRC and consequent fall in Design head and Power Generation. (PO was placed in favour of M/s. ConTec Des Pvt Ltd., and preliminary report has been submitted by the executing Agency and remarks on the report and approval for processing 1 st & part bill has been submitted to the Officer on Special Duty/ Civil.)

20. September 13 th to 17 th – Ganesh Utsav @ LJHEP Colony. 8. Any celebrations/Events/Activities organised in the month of Sep’18 & Oct’18.

21. September 15 th – Engineer’s Day Celebrations at LJHEP Conference Hall.

22. October 10 th - Bathukamma Celebrations @ LJHEP Colony.

23. October 16 th - Ayudha Puja , Dasara Celebrations @ LJHEP, Power House.

24. As a part of Government initiative for Telanganaku-Haritha Haaram , around 50 saplings are being planted every week at LJHEP garden and pylon area.

25. Structural steel walk way bridge (about 47 MT consisting of 2Nos columns of 20M height & 3 Nos spans of each 30M ) across TRC @ Ch.900.00m had been successfully erected within 2days time i.e., 30/06/2018 & 01/07/2018 by using 55m long lever arm crane with capacity of 200MT, two hydras and one trailor . 9. Any abnormalities/ Challenges faced and overcame effectively.

27. Three (3) Writ Petitions have been received from the Hon’ble High Court, Hyderabad & Secunderabad directing the competent authority to pass appropriate orders (2 Nos.- providing jobs under Displaced quota) and dispose the representation (1 No.- seeking re-employment into TSGENCO) respectively. In this regard, Speaking orders issued as per the approval accorded by the Director/HR and Deputy Secretary/ O&M duly vetted by the SLA/TSGENCO vide Lr.Nos.554,555 Dt.18.07.18 and Lr.No.199, Dt.18.08.18 were dispatched to the petitioners. 11. Court Cases

28. The Dist. Collector & Dist. Magistrate, Gadwal vide Lr.No.D4/2083/2017, Dt.25.10.2018 has requested to sanction the amount of Rs.42,31,773/- (Rs.21,34,440+ Rs.20,97,333/-) as crop compensation for the Ac.167.20Gts (Ac.81.35Gts+Ac.85.25Gts) having standing crops of submerged lands of Rekulapally village for the years 2016-17 and 2017-18 as one time payment as requested by the farmers. Accordingly, the proposals for according necessary approvals for depositing the crop compensation amount were scrutinized and submitted to the CE/O&M/ SLBHES for taking further necessary action. 12.Land acquisition,Crop compensation
