Pole charger pilot informed ROW policy PGE has a mandate to support all rate-payers Their Municipal Charging Program focuses specifically on underserved areas  PBOT wants to support the growth of a citywide EV charging network that serves all Portlanders and focuses on areas that: Currently lack public charging infrastructure Are likely to continue relying on personal vehicles Have high concentrations of Portlanders who cannot charge at home like renters and residents of multi-family housing @Forth #RoadmapForth Local government & utility collaboration Centers in  red  have 0 (zero) public EV chargers Centers in  yellow   have 1-5 public EV chargers Centers in green have 5+ public EV chargers

Curbside Charging Framework The City will not own, operate or maintain EV chargers There will be no RFP/selection process; our two local, investor-owned utilities and any interested EVSE companies will be permitted to install chargers in the ROW provided they obtain a franchise or ROW Use License and  sign a Master Lease Agreement EV chargers will be installed... @Forth #RoadmapForth Local government & utility collaboration In designated Centers that are primarily zoned for multi-family housing and commercial "Around the corner" from main streets on Local Service Traffic Streets
