1. Location of Raymond PLANT IN INDIA VAPI, GUJRAT :- The plant at Vapi was established in the largest industrial cluster of small scale industries in Asia. Production from this plant started in year 2012 , with majority of the products exported to continents like Europe , Africa , Latin , America and Asia.

2. Location of Raymond PLANT IN INDIA RATNAGIRI, MAHARASHTRA :- Established in 1978, it is currently the oldest plant of the JK Files & Engineering Ltd in India. It is also the largest plant by area and manufactures various types of files. It is strategically located with access to all the means of transportation like rail, road, air and sea located within 5 KM radius of the plant.

3. Location of Raymond PLANT IN INDIA PITHAMPUR, MADHYA PRADESH:- Manufacturing of files started at Pithampur . In 1991 i n an SEZ with a view to strengthen and enhance manufacturing capabilities.

4. Location of Raymond PLANT IN INDIA CHIPLUN MAHARASHTRA:- The plant was established in 1987 for file products and for the first time the company started manufacturing of drills in 1989. This was an important first step with a view towards becoming a complete tools solution provider and not just a file manufacturing company.

5. RAYMOND PLANT LAYOUT situated at Vapi , Gujrat . T he Raymond textile plant situated in vapi , Gujrat is the youngest member of the family. It is a 112. 61 acres plant in which 94.43 acres of land is dedicated to the industrial area while 18.18 acres of it is the residential area. The unit became operational in the year 2006. The installed Capacity Vapi unit is 154 looms and 21840 spindles . The units has a workforce of more than 1500 people and produce 25 million meters of fabric per annum with an annual turnover of Rs. 300 cr .
