Time leader also facilitates an active participation by providing opportunities for each team member to express their doubts, arguments, reflections, and proposals within a reasonable timeframe. Any challenges that hinder the timely completion of tasks should be reported to the instructors. Creative Leader Possesses the ability to analyze real-life situations, identify challenges, and use imagination to establish innovative connections between diverse ideas. This enables the creation of new knowledge that focuses on solving real-world problems. Storyteller . Represents both the problem and the solution through storytelling, effectively integrating various resources such as images, videos, audio, text, and more. Additionally, presents verbal and written arguments to support ideas and propose solutions to challenges in their context. Collaborative Leader Responsible for fostering effective communication between teachers and the team, as well as among team members. The collaborative leader promotes mutual respect among peers and ensures adherence to agreed-upon norms of coexistence. Actively considers the proposals of each team member, analyzing their feasibility and relevance to address the problem effectively with the group. Technology Leader Demonstrates the ability and motivation to locate, interpret, organize, and store information effectively. In addition, is skilled in designing digital and multimedia content, including texts, images, videos, GIFs, infographics, audio files, and blogs, as well as 2D and 3D designs, among others.
