Instructions for members to log in to ACS

1. Member Login How do I get a Log-in? Begin by going to www.standrewumc.org Home Page

2. Select Member Login

3. Create a Login Select Need a Login

4. Account Sign-up *see note below *Enter your email address, first name and last name. Click Find Me. Note : Your First Name, Last Name and email address MUST match your information in church database or you will not be given an account. If not sure what email you have on file, or you do not have an email address on file, please email information to Amy Fuller [email protected] or 972-380-8001.

5. You will receive an Email with a temporary password to use for first login. You will be required to change your password with the first successful login. Enter a password of your choice. Be sure to write it down.

6. Log-In Choose Need a login ? Enter email and first and last name. Click Find Me. *Remember your email and first/last name must match what is in the church database. Contact [email protected] with questions. An e-mail containing your login information will be sent to you in minutes. Now you are ready to Login using your temporary password. You will be required to change your password with the first successful login. Enter a password of your choice. Be sure to write it down.

7. Home Page Personalized with your information. Church Calendar View/Update your profile. I want to view… See group(s) you are a member of. Click a group to see m embers of your group.

8. More things I can do in Member login Donate or tithe online. Review your giving history; manage scheduled giving. View the church calendar. See what groups are available to join. Register online for events. V iew or email members of your group(s). Search, review and submit interest in serving opportunities in the church. View church directory. (You can opt out of your information being listed.)

9. F requently Asked Questions HOW SECURE IS MY DATA? The confidentiality of your data is our main priority. Our software provider is ACS Technologies, the largest developer of church management software in the industry. They have a secured Website that we access which is housed in a secured data center and is subject to period security audits to ensure safety and privacy of your data. WHAT IF I DO NOT WANT MY CONTACT INFORMATION TO BE SEEN BY OTHER CHURCH MEMBERS? Once you are logged in you may go to your personal preferences page and change your options. The default setting allows other members to see your address, phone number, family photo, and email address. These are the same items to which members would have access in our church directory.

10. Frequently Asked Questions WHO WILL HAVE ACCESS TO MY GIVING RECORD? You and authorized church business office staff will be the only people that have access to information about your giving record. Neither church officers, nor the pastoral staff, have access to this information . WHY CAN’T I SEE THE CHANGES I MADE?
