File Tab The File tab is a colored tab, for example, a blue tab in Word, located in the upper-left corner. Because this control zooms in on the center of the timeline view, center the area of interest before you zoom in.
Minimize The Minimize button is located next to the Ribbon Display Options button. To remove Word from view and place the Word icon on the Windows taskbar, click the Minimize button. To restore Word, click the Word icon on the Windows taskbar. Maximize Maximize allows users to enlarge a window, usually filling the entire screen or the program window where it is contained.
