As our scene setting, the underground is a metaphor for the internet. Traffic public space is where we access society and daily scenes with strangers which is similar to the internet. With a lot of media ways, it can present our background of cult information. Therefore, we at first decided to create a two-player cooperative game. Let’s go!

Role play boardgame Dungeons & Dragons Inspired by games like Dungeons & Dragons, e started with a board game concept to test our storyline.

In each character’s area, We have 6 different cards. Different characters have their own game goal. Character cards, which will be randomly picked by the player, show the role they should play. It shows the game goal, the Quality and The equipment they could get before. Then it will guide players on what cards they should draw. The other cards are placed with their backs facing up and separated according to the symbols on the back, and the two players draw them according to the turn.

Equipment and clues is the items that players can gain through the boardgame. We design some papercard puzzle to hide the secret of our story background in these two kinds of cards

These two kinds of cards affect and evolve with each other. Counter We design two symbols stand for the processing and degree of completion of players’ game goals. The number depends on the action they choose and will decide the ending of the game.that Action card What players have the option to choose to affect the story Drama/Plot card The main story content text.

The map is the area that shows the scene and stages of the board game. We separated the scene into stages and different carriages. Following the deeper exploration of games, the scene will become a mix of real world and mental world and more chaos…

What tech? For personal projects, we explore different technologies such as Face capture and Arduino. Based on symptomatic magic, we tried to find an immersive way for our Interaction: hand gesture.
