COMPONENTS USED MULTIPURPOSE PCB BOARD  NE555N TIMER IC  LM358 DUAL OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIER IC LM7805 TRANSISTOR PHOTODIODE (LDR) 10K , 150 OHM      RESISTORS 

COMPONENTS USED 10K POTENTIOMETER  220 µF CAPACITOR LED's BATTERY 9V PIEZO BUZZER  IC BASE LASER POINTER 

555 timer is used in almost every electronic circuit today. A 555 timer works as a  flip-flop  or as a multi-vibrator, it has a particular set of configurations. Monostable Mode Astable Mode 555 TIMER IC  

LM358 IC is a dual operational amplifier integrated circuit with two Op-Amp powered by a common power supply. It consists of two independent compensated operational amplifiers with low power and high gain frequency. LM358 OP-AMP IC  

WORKING ... 8 Comparator is configured in non-inverting mode  configured  555 timer  in  monostable mode  so we it required a LOW trigger pulse at its trigger pin to activate buzzer and LED LOW signal 555 timer gets a LOW trigger pulse and activates buzzer and LED for a time periods

CONCLUSION  1)Home security is rapidly growing field and there are new & improved burglar alarms popping up everyday 2)With rapid advancement of technology the field is turning out to be an area full of scope and new changes can be made to make it's more efficient.  3) It has years to come, because security is of prime importance to one and all.
