Mixtures In F ood By JJ Payne
What Is a Mixture A mixture is when to or more substances are mixed but not chemically combined. Orange Chicken and Chicken Rings are an example of this.
Why Is That? B oneless chicken, white sesame, oil, minced garlic, orange sauce, salt, and sugar are in orange chicken. When you mix those they are not chemically changed and combined.
The same goes for when you mix water, eggs, salt, flour, and boneless chicken to make chicken rings. They taste way better this way.
