Application Description The banking application address to user interface design principles and incorporates a unique investment section, distinguishing it from other banking applications. The Investment section offers various investment options such as Crypto, Equity, and GIC. • Notably, users can directly engage in cryptocurrency investments. Our goal was to create a comprehensive platform that seamlessly integrates all essential financial features, with a primary focus on maintaining a user-friendly and easily navigable interface 2

Firstly, we started with brainstorming We did research on user needs. We draw some sketches We made a wireframe Finally, we made a prototype in Adobe XD. 3 How did we come up with this proposed solution ?

Tools Used 4 Wireframes: Adobe XD Prototype: Adobe XD Adobe Photoshop We design the application with a strong emphasis on UX design principles while ensuring uncompromised security. Our focus was on prioritizing key features like cryptocurrency functionality and stock charts to enhance the overall user experience. UX Strategy of this project:

Up-to-date Storyline: 5

Future Goals: 6

Competitive Research on a banking application: 7 Research on Indian Bank Application: One of India’s national banks, branded Indian Bank, has a significant number of branches around the country. Still, its mobile application is deficient in many ways, such as the ability to monitor investments or other types of financial transactions like virtual currency. Furthermore, it has a somewhat boring user interface, which impacts user experience. Very unlikely due to this, users frequently dislike applications because of their user interfaces. Unlike this application, ours has one of the best mobile user interface banking applications. Another issue that users have is the presence of a section containing advertisements like shopping and a lot of content on the front page. Users dislike this because it violates security. Don Norman claims that the first principal visibility is correctly displayed. As an illustration, the log-in screen has all the required fields and is uncluttered. Additionally, the feedback principle is used to inform the user whether the process was successful or unsuccessful. The affordability principle shows the connection between how something looks and how it functions, but in our competitive app, this connection is not clearly displayed.

Competitive Research on a banking application: 8 Whereas in the constraint principle, the application perfectly defines the fields where a particular sort of data is permitted, making the user's input clearer. The application pattern determines how consistent a system is. A typical pattern that improves and especially simplifies user experience should have been adopted by an application. However, there is little indication of consistency in this competitive application, which explains why it does not adhere to most Don Norman's criteria. An application should have adopted a typical pattern that improves and especially simplifies user experience

Metaphors 9 1. Home icon Redirect to the home page of the Application. 2. The icon represents the money, which indicates the investment. 3. The icon represents the transaction. 4. The image icon clearly shows the scoring pattern so the user can relate to the credit score. 5. The image icon shows the cards. Users can not have to read the name below the icon, because they know these are for the credit/debit cards.

Design Patterns 10 10 Quick Suggestion Allow the user to withdraw the amount quickly just by selecting percentage of the remaining amount. Getting Input and feedback input for login and sign-up for the mobile application.

Design Patterns 11 Dealing with data: In the application, the data related to the transactions are listed properly. Design Patterns This follows card UI patterns in which the content is represented in the form of cards. Home loans, investments, and small business is represented in the form of cards.

Usability Testing 12 Questions asked while sharing video to classmates: Homepage What services shortcuts must have in the home page? Users like to have lots of buttons and navigators on home screen? Do like to see total balance on top of screen?

Usability Testing 13 Changes made from suggestions: made a home page simple after getting usability test results added the filter in transaction list added symbol where the transaction has made. added a filter and logos where transaction has made
