Money does not buy you happiness, but lack of money certainly buys you misery.” ― Daniel Kahneman Money can't buy you happiness, but food, housing and healthcare don't pay for themselves. You can't live on respect. The best thing money can buy is financial freedom. MONEY
the assets, property, and resources owned by someone or something; wealth. Money is any good that is widely used and accepted in transactions involving the transfer of goods and services from one person to another. MONEY
It’s good to have money and the things that money can buy, but it’s good, too, to check up once in a while and make sure that you haven’t lost the things that money can’t buy. George Lorimer Respect is more important than money because you can earn money not respect. If you lost your money than you can earn it.. if you lost your respect than it can't be earn.. That's why respect is more important than money.. MONEY
Respect is thinking and acting in a positive way about yourself or others. Due regard for the feelings, wishes, or rights of others. Respect is thinking and acting in a way that shows others you care about their feelings and their well-being RESPECT
SIX DIMENSIONS OF RESPECT 1. Curiosity 2. Attention 3. Dialogue 4. Sensitivity 5. Empowerment 6. Healing RESPECT
1.CURIOSITY Respect starts with curiosity. We have an interest in that person. We want to know as much about them as possible, or at least a few key things to start with. 2.ATTENTION If curiosity is satisfied, we move to give that person our full attention. Indeed, our curiosity grows too, because that person begins to assume value in our eyes. 3. DIALOGUE Lots of attention leads to dialogue because that is the only way we can learn about our new interest. We communicate verbally as much as possible because we respect that person enough to want to hear what they have to say. RESPECT
4. SENSITIVITY This is at the core of respect. Accepting the person as they are without wanting to change them to suit us; fully acknowledging their values, culture, identity and who they want to be. 5. EMPOWERMENT Being curious about someone, giving our attention to, having a dialogue with, him or her, and being sensitive to their needs represent the greatest form of empowerment we can grant to another human being. 6. HEALING Respect has the capacity to heal, especially when we have had past experiences that have been very hurtful or traumatic, so this last dimension is important. RESPECT
MONEY IS TANGIBLE, RESPECT IS INTANGIBLE MONEY IS TRANSACTIONAL, RESPECT IS RELATIONAL MONEY IS SIMPLY CONSUMED, RESPECT IS MOST EXPERIENCED. MONEY IS TRANSFERABLE, RESPECT IS NON-TRANSFERABLE. MONEY IS CERTAINLY CONDITIONAL, RESPECT IS UNCONDITIONAL. MONEY V/S RESPECT
MONEY IS EXPECTED, RESPECT IS SURPRISED. MONEY IS ECONOMICAL, RESPECT IS EMOTIONAL. MONEY IS OUTCOME DRIVEN, RESPECT IS FOCUSED ON BEHAVIORS. MONEY IS FIXED, RESPECT IS FLOWING. MONEY IS IMPERSONAL, RESPECT IS PERSONAL. MONEY V/S RESPECT
I can understand about having millions of dollars. There's meaningful freedom that comes with that, but once you get much beyond that I have to tell you, it's the same hamburger. - Bill Gates
