What is Anticipatory Intelligence?
•Forecasting the unexpected to avoid, circumvent, and bypass conditions, re-route and
pre-position assets, and increase resiliency to preempt and thwart the impact of future
geopolitical and environmental events.
•Anticipatory Intelligence is risk mitigation.
•Anticipatory Intelligence is deterrence.
•Anticipatory Intelligence is the first line of defense.
•How do we accomplish this?
•What frameworks and technological foundations must be established?
“We are stuck with a theory, and we do not know
whether it is right or wrong, but we do know that
it is a little wrong, or at least incomplete.”
Richard Feynman
Umwelt, n. - An umbrella term for all the environmental influences shaping
an individual's behaviour, or the environment as it is experienced by the
individual. In phenomenology and existentialism it is the environment as it is
experienced. – Oxford English Dictionary
The word was introduced in 1909 by the Estonian biologist Jacob Johann
von Uexküll (1864–1944) in his book Umwelt und Innenwelt der Tiere
(Environment and Inner World of Animals).

Climate Modeling Historical Data
A 485-million-year history of Earth’s surface temperature
Dynamic observation and forecasting of global weather phenomena has only existed
since the first meteorological satellite, TIROS 1, was launched into orbit in 1960.
Smithsonian and University of Arizona Study - September 2024
Emergence of Global Observation of Planetary Phenomena
•Dr. Verner Suomi is internationally recognized as the developer of imaging technologies that
made modern weather satellites possible, and is remembered as the “Father of Satellite
Meteorology.”
•Suomi’s inventions included the flat plate radiometer, which measured the Earth’s radiation
characteristics, and the spin-scan camera, which transmitted synoptic images back to earth
revolutionizing weather forecasting and studies of the earth's atmosphere.
•Mounted on satellites, scientists could observe the same area of the Earth continuously rather
than as a series of disjointed images, allowing them to see the formation of weather systems.
•Satellite sensing technology was transformed from the production of interesting snapshots into
the gathering of meaningful, quantitative data.
Clash Over Scientific Methods: Observation vs. Theory
•Meteorologists: Dr. Verner E. Suomi; Dr. Reid A.
Bryson
•Dr. Suomi took an incremental data driven
approach to near term phenomena based on
observation.
•In contrast, Dr. Bryson, a prominent atmospheric
scientist, geologist and meteorologist, took a
more theoretical approach to climate patterns
over the millennia.
•The interplay and tension between gathering
data and theorizing is inherent in scientific
discovery. The increasing ability to observe
global phenomena reduces dependencies on
theories and models for forecasting designed to
substitute for an absence of data.

Genesis J2T:
Synchronized Global Observation of Atmospheric,
Terrestrial, and Oceanic Conditions, and Human Activity
and Artificial Systems
Genesis J2T synchronizes millions of realtime data endpoints via its
Global Sensory Intelligence (GSI) and its Global Data Nets (GDNs) to
retrieve realtime and near-realtime hyper-localized data, and to
assess geopolitical, environmental, and public health event risk.
Observing the Physical Environment
Global Synchronization of Realtime Data from Sensors
•Expanding and extending the range of human sensory reception into a new single
perceptual frame that manifests as a new global sensory system.
•Exceeding the sensory capabilities of living organisms that perceive stimuli beyond human
range.
•Synchronizing global observation across spectrums and frequencies that surpass the
narrow band perception through which human beings experience the Universe.
•Synchronizing millions of realtime data endpoints, globally dispersed, to discover probable
events through unbiased sensor observation of co-occurring variables.
Observing Human Behavior
Reliable Cross-Sector Signals from Hyper-Localized Data Sources
•The ethical framework for Anticipatory Intelligence is the sanctity of the observation process
and the protection of the data from bias.
•Viewpoints are decoupled from the observation process.
•Narratives are replaced with veracity through a neutral observation process.
•Search engine filtration and global news organization curation are circumvented and
augmented with realtime hyper-localized data sources in every region of the world.
