2. OCCC Field Testing – Objectives 1 Objectives: To engage leaders and operators by involving them in the development of the OCCC process. To obtain feedback from frontline leaders and operators on the quality, usability and effectiveness of the OCCC’s. To assist sites in establishing robust CM&I Plans, identifying how OCCC’s can be integrated into established safety systems and the media of the OCCC tools. It is important for department managers to ensure that OCCCs are Field Tested with as many of the workforce as possible
