There is an unquestionable evolution in the ways people work nowadays, bringing the opportunity to work from home. But is it better to work from home ? This question can be tackled by focusing on three different fields: how convenient it is, relationships with colleagues and salary.

Turning to the first point, this new modality of work not only brings the advantage of saving time, but also brings benefits such as saving money helping people to keep their heads out of the water, being that one of the reasons why people support it.

In contrast, some resarch shows that relationships with colleagues are harmed due to the lack of human interaction between people, as usually happen in an office. Although this could be counterproductive for the job developed, some people still supporting this arguing that the lack of contact could be paliated with periodic meetings.

Furthermore, another field affected by this trend is the salary, being reduced under the argument of the money saved in the transport to work, which is a weak argument, taking in to account the money spared in the office construction.
