Modern Amenities: Along with retail spaces, the project was designed to incorporate amenities like multi-level parking, escalators, elevators, and food courts to make shopping an experience for both tourists and locals. Preserving Cultural Significance: While the development aimed at modernization, it also kept in mind the rich heritage of the area. The intention was to retain the architectural and cultural significance while upgrading the infrastructure.
