•Is a simple bread that is
always consumed in
Mallorca,wich contains
only flour,water and
yeast.

•Ramallet tomato is a local
variety native to Mallorca.
•Is a key ingredient in the
classic Mallorcan pa amb
oli.
•We used to scrub in the
brown bread and then put
oil.

•Mallorca oil olive is extra
virgin.

Mallorca has a great
tradition.During the 18th
