Parola was established in 1981 but is proud of being part of a tradition
that dates back to 1950. Specialized in the design and construction of
large umbrellas for Restaurants and Hotels, it is a leader in its sector
thanks to the high quality of its products, which are both practical and
elegant.

Parola is in the province of Salerno, Italy and their name is
synonymous with a superior production of commercial grade
umbrellas that have been in use in restaurants and hotels throughout
the “Amalfi Coast” of Southern Italy for over 25 years. All of our
products are made in Italy and we keep stock here in the US, shipping
is FOB Wellington/West Palm Beach, Florida, USA. All stock
merchandise ships in 3-5 days to all parts of the US. Special orders like
specific colors and structures are always available and there are no

This is one of our larger commercial grade wooden center-post umbrellas. The
Prestige center-post umbrella is both elegant and robust. Built to last with all
parts interchangeable. Available in wood or aluminum as well as with different
types of canopies and options. The Prestige center-post umbrella is the choice
for those who want durability and elegance. !
The Prestige center-post umbrella features a large one piece either aluminum or
mahogany pole, with corresponding ribs in either wood or aluminum
providing the ultimate in strength. This makes for a durable commercial center-

Prestige Umbrellas. The synthesis between maximum quality and elegance.

reinforcements in copper or chrome steel. A rib with a width of 1mm, make

PRESTIGE TOP AND LAYERED CANOPY !
The “Layered Canopy” is our patented canopy construction
technique. Six overlapping strips of fabrics help putting an end to
the "sail effect" caused by the wind against the canopy as well as
being esthetically attractive. The waterproofing characteristics of
the umbrella's fabric are maintained while the improved air
circulation is useful in hot summer days. !
The “Top Canopy” is made by building a top structure with it’s own ribs
on top of the canopy of the umbrella itself as shown in the photos. This
opens and closes with the same system as the canopy but allows for more
wind passage as well as adding to the esthetic beauty of the umbrella.
