Long tenure in HR, sales, marketing and planning in consumer products and services. International experience in roles such as
Marketing Manager Balkans and Regional Manager Adriatic based in Bucharest and Zagreb for Mars while he has been Export
Manager of Giotis SA.
During his tenure at ICAP, he has designed and implemented projects such as Assessment and Development Centers,
Performance Management, Outplacement, HR audits, Organizational Transformation, etc. in various sectors including
pharmaceutical, consumer, aviation, IT, fuel, insurance, shipping in Greece and abroad. He has also dedicated a significant
amount of time in executive coaching
He has championed the development of ICAP international collaborations for psychometrics tools. Has also designed and
implemented a number of training programs in relation to skills development, human resource management, etc.
He is a graduate of Business Administration of the University of Piraeus, and has gained from extensive professional training in
subjects such as the Role of Personnel and Organization, Managing People, Building Brands, Leadership and Teamwork etc. He is
a certified human resources professional by the American organization SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management, as well
as a CIPD certified Coach. Finally, he is a certified instructor of psychometric tools at Hogan Assessments and a member of the
Hellenic Coaching Association.
