Case 1: EV Rental Startup (2 years old)
A tech company developing an electric vehicle rental platform needed help structuring its organizational
structure as they prepared for rapid growth. We designed a flexible, team-based structure with clear
leadership to encourage collaboration and innovation while keeping costs in mind.
Case 2: EV Tech Startup (New company)
From the very inception, we were engaged by an electric vehicle company to build their entire People
