4. Triple Constraint Dalam dunia manajemen proyek, konsep ‘triple constraint’ atau ‘kendala segi tiga’ merupakan pondasi penting yang menentukan keberhasilan suatu proyek. Apa anggaran proyek tersebut? Manajen biaya yang efektif memastikan penggunaan sumber daya secara bijaksana dan mencegah melebihi batas anggaran yang telah ditetapkan. 4. Kualitas (Quality) :Seberapa baik kualitas produk atau layanan yang dibutuhkan? Apa yang perlu kita lakukan untuk memuaskan pelanggan? Fokus pada kualitas membantu membangun kepercayaan pelanggan dan memastikan bahwa produk atau layanan yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan standar yang diinginkan. Kesimpulan Mengelola kendala-kendala ini merupakan suatu seni dalam manajemen proyek. PMBOK ini bukanlah sebuah metodologi, namun PMBOK adalah landasan dimana perusahaan dapat membangun kebijakan, prosedur, aturan, teknik, hingga siklus yang diperlukan dalam mengelola sebuah proyek yang berjalan.

9. PMBOK 2 PMBOK Guide berisi berbagai poin penting dalam pengelolaan proyek. Salah satunya menjelaskan tentang 5 grup proses dan 10 area pengetahuan. Kelima grup proses PMBOK Guide mengkategorikan tahapan-tahapan dalam manajemen proyek, yakni: Tujuan PMBOK : untuk menjelaskan pengetahuan dan sistem yang dapat diterapkan pada sebuah proyek. (PMI) juga menggunakan PMBOK sebagai salah satu dasar untuk memperoleh sertifikasi Project Management Professional atau PMP. PMP sendiri merupakan program sertifikasi penting yang dibutuhkan oleh seorang project manager untuk memvalidasi keahliannya dalam bidang manajemen proyek. 3

11. PMBOK Guide Fase Executing, dalam fase ini, rencana yang sudah dibuat akan dieksekusi sesuai dengan timeline yang ditentukan. Sebagian besar anggaran akan dikeluarkan untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal. Fase initiating adalah untuk menentukan visi proyek, mendokumentasikan apa yang menjadi target, dan mendapatkan persetujuan dari pemangku kepentingan. D Fase planning adalah fase pembangunan infrastruktur proyek untuk mencapai tujuan proyek dalam batasan waktu dan anggaran yang sudah ditentukan. Project time management mengacu pada analisis dan pengembangan jadwal atau timeline untuk menyelesaikan sebuah proyek. Yaitu proses untuk merencanakan, memperkirakan, dan mengendalikan biaya atau anggaran dalam menjalankan proyek. Project quality management ini dilakukan untuk mengukur kualitas dari semua kegiatan yang dilakukan.

Project procurement management mengacu pada proses pengelolaan dan pengoptimalan anggaran proyek yang tersedia untuk barang, jasa, dan sumber daya yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan proyek.
