Population is increasing due to Conventional & transient migration. Agriculture lands are taken by private housing schemes which is big challenge Agriculture land is divided in to three categories. Land which is irrigated & productive, the second one is productive but water logged & land which is productive but rain fed. Good quality land is in 1 & 2 so we can go for the areas in last one for hous ing.
