Newton’s Three Laws of Motion 1. First law of Motion: Law of Inertia -states that “ A body at rest stays at rest or a body in motion continues to move at a constant velocity along a straight line unless acted upon by a an unbalanced force”.

Newton’s Three Laws of Motion 2. Second law of Motion: Law of Acceleration -states that “ The acceleration of a body is directly proportional to the net force and inversely proportional to its mass”. a=

Newton’s Three Laws of Motion 3 . Third Law of Motion: Law of Action-Reaction -states that “ For every action, there is always an equal but opposite reaction”.
