Aqua Tourism Kerala has 3 Aqua Tourism Centre's that are connected through their own unique itineraries of Bhumika and Pravahini Aqua Tourism is basically the rearing of aquatic species. It is down in freshwater and brackish water of Kerala.

Pisciculture Pisciculture is the rearing of aquatic farming species. It also has ornamental farming ,oyster, prawn, etc. fishes. Pisciculture is done on the coastal line of India. However ther are several different types of farming done since the species vary. Fish is a major and cheap source of protein to be consumed. In my case I decided to take Kerala. The government has made it an effect to make this niche marketable with several interesting activities and lip-smacking treats .

Conclusion In a nutshell, pisciculture is the nurturing of aquatic organisms. It is usually done in freshwater bodies of Kerala. It would appeal to tourists interested in learning about, experiencing, and learning about pisciculture. I engage in experiencing tourism, where visitors are constantly in contact with their specialty product. And they'd be having a great time doing so, as well as participating in the aquatic activities that are unique to that area. The coracle ride is one such example. The site is supported by the Matsyafed(Kerala State Co- operative Federation for Fisheries Development) to spread niche tourism.
