M aking Pizza dough: 1. Sprinkle yeast in a bowl with a little water, add the oil, salt, and at the end flour. Mix dough and ferment approx. 30 min . With oiled hands removed from bowl dough and knead it. Stop to knead as it start to stick at your hands. Ferment in warm place for 10-15 minutes. 2. Roll the dough, smear with tomato sauce. 3. Add residual ingredients: put sausages, sliced cucumber and onion slices. Top with grated cheese. 4. When everything done put in preheated oven to 220 degrees and bake for 20 min utes .
